to bring some brightness to the snowy february we’ve had, we went a little outside our region to source woman-grown organic citrus from california and florida to make this simultaneously bright and deep jam. sliced blood orange, navel orange, and lemons are first cooked in water and then with organic brown sugar (as always, hand mixed by me to offer the perfect depth to tart fruits!) until glossy and spreadable.

perfect on toast, as a pastry filling, and even as a sandwich spread.
